LA01-003-030 Junction Box

These junction boxes are used to connect up to 4 load cells in parallel for connection to a single instrument.

The Fusion Series is a range of smart, high visibility, high reliability LED displays, offering a wide choice of mounting methods, display colours and brightness levels.

These indicators are fully self-contained, incorporating wide ranging power supplies, precision signal conditioning, programme memory, display drivers, excitation supplies and serial communication interfaces.

Different models are available to cater for the measurement and display of process signals, totalisation, rate time, weight, serial remote display, etc.

As an optional extra, these displays can be connected onto an Ethernet network; Procon Engineers are available to discuss interfacing requirements for the purposes of Data Logging etc.

Digital Panel Meter

These are among the easiest of programmable panel meters to commission. They offer high precision with long-term reliability.

The Process Digital Display version accepts 4-20mA, 0-10V, 1-5V, 0-10mA input. It is ideal for all general-purpose process measurements such as weight, flow, pressure, level, humidity etc. 24V Excitation rated to 60mA. Last digit selectable to count by 1,2,5,10,20 or 50. Variable filtering / averaging. Remote logic inputs for tare (force to zero), reset, peak and valley. Rear panel security lock.

The Serial Digital Data Display version can be used as a slave indicator and for remote applications. It accepts RS232, RS422, RS485 and TTY in ASCII format. Addressable 00 to FF. Able to extract data from complex strings. 300, 600, 1200, 2400, 9600 baud rate.

LOSCAM (Load Offset & Signal Conditioning Amplifier)

Used to apply a simulated load to enable verification of calibration and alarm trip functions. The LOSCAM is able to inject an offset signal (load offset) to simulate the crane lifting a real load. The load offset can be calibrated to exceed the crane SWL to enable load monitor alarm trips to be tested. Additionally, the LOSCAM is able to independently amplify and scale the load monitoring load cell signal to produce an isolated analogue signal suitable for connection to external monitoring data acquisition systems

LCS2 Load Cell Simulator

The LCS2 Load Cell simulator is a very useful device to have available when installing or servicing a weighing system. It can be used to isolate a fault to either the electronic weighing instrument or the load cells. It can also be used to simulate actual loads thereby enabling a batching sequence to be tested prior to connection to real plant load cells and actuators.
