Introducing our range of cable draw pits and puddle flanges

We offer offsite manufactured cable draw pits and puddle flanges to meet your project-specific needs. Our Pipex Thermoplastic Cable Protection Draw Pit Chambers are designed in compliance with cable draw pit schedules and can be customized to your required depths and dimensions.

We test each cable draw pit for water tightness and number them in our facility for easy reference to construction drawings. Our cable draw pits have multiple cable entry connection spigots/sockets and can accommodate any cable duct system, including twin wall cable ducts.

Our cable protection draw pits are ideal for D400 highways applications and come with optional factory-fitted rebar.

In addition to cable draw pits, we offer Pipex puddle flanges that can be cast into concrete blocks, walls, and slabs to provide easy service entries. Our puddle flanges are available in standard or bespoke sizes to fit your project requirements.

With our unique offsite manufacturing capabilities, we can fabricate puddle flanges to any size, diameter, or configuration, with multiple cable entry points and optional bell mouth entries. We can also provide plain end connections or machined connectors or double "o" ring sockets to suit your incoming cable/service duct system.

Our puddle flanges are made of robust, corrosion-resistant thermoplastics with an embossed impregnated surface finish for easy bonding to concrete structures.
