EP52 Batch & Process Controller
The EP52 Batch Controller is a versatile process control instrument capable of controlling a complete plant area. At the heart of the EP52 is a unique and powerful sequence control language designed to be easily programmed by plant engineers whilst maintaining the flexibility to meet the requirements of sophisticated control applications. Using a few straightforward commands the user can build a control sequence capable of managing a process all the way through to the final product. The EP52 is also available as a Loss of Weight or Beltweigher Controller using identical hardware.

EP 1400 DIN Rail Mount Weight Indicator
The EP 1400 weight transmitter is the perfect choice for hopper and vessel weighing applications. It delivers excellent weighing performance plus a host of useful communication features. These include a wide range of fieldbus protocols, available with serial output only or with serial and analogue outputs which means the EP 1400 can communicate with virtually any device.
The module is easy to install within equipment panels and can be mounted on a 35mm DIN Rail or OMEGA bar. The weight, the status of the instrument, the setting of parameters and any errors are all clearly shown on the display.
The fast 50 conversions per second ADC make it ideal for batching and dosing applications. Filtering can be adjusted to suppress signal fluctuations due to mechanical vibration, etc.

EP500 Panel Mount Weight Indicator
A highly cost-effective weighing instrument for process vessel weighing and platform scales, the Type EP500 delivers excellent weighing performance plus a host of useful communication features. This combination makes it the perfect choice for hopper and vessel weighing applications where connectivity to PLCs and other types of control system is required.
The fast 50 conversions per second ADC make it ideal for batching and dosing applications. Filtering can be adjusted to suppress signal fluctuations due to mechanical vibration etc.

Type EP23 Weight Indicator / Controller
The EP23 Weight Indicator has been designed to be simple to configure. It is easy to set up because no menu is used.
The front panel has a 6 digit, 7-segment display window for displaying the measurement. It allows decimal point and minus sign characters to be included and has 4 alarm annunciators to show the status of each alarm relay.
The front panel push buttons each have a LED to show which setting is being altered.
The Weight Indicator / Controller can give alarm outputs, scaled and isolated analogue outputs and isolated serial data communication when fitted with option boards.
The EP23 is also available as a process display meter version, where the load cell input is replaced with either 4-20mA or 0-10V signal inputs.
