Resometric Belt Weighers
Procon Engineering’s Inflo Resometric Belt Weigher provides a unique combination of features that ensure consistent belt scale performance over extended periods. At the heart of the scale is the Digital Resometric Force Transducer or Resonator, which delivers unequalled measurement accuracy and long-term repeatability. The resonator has no moving parts and is preloaded to a standard level by the applied force from the weigh carriage.

Load Cell Belt Weighers
The Procon Load Cell Belt Weigher can either be single or multi-idler, and the weigh frame design ensures easy mounting into the conveyor. Depending on the conveyor design and required accuracy, the weighbridge can consist of one, two, or three machined mild steel-coated idlers.
Each system includes an adjustable idler before and after the weighbridge. The EP50 controller processes the load cell signals and combines them with the belt travel speed, measured by the tail drum-mounted tachometer, to provide an accurate weight reading per unit time and totalized values.
