Comprehensive Solutions for each Industry

Many Fibra™ products are made with materials such as FRP for use in harsh, challenging environments, including treatment plants. These specialized products provide chemical resistance, high structural strength, and low weight, are practically maintenance-free with a more than 30-year* lifespan, and are competitively priced.

Our specialized FRP material is designed for use when high-pressure pipes are required to transport water or fluids rated up to 3,000 psi. We also offer abrasion-resistant pipes to convey fluids with particulate matter at high speed or chemical-resistant pipes with conductive and fire-retardant characteristics. Our FRP tanks store up to 1,000 m3 of harsh chemical products, water, and other corrosive liquids.

Additionally, we provide process equipment, FRP structures and gratings, coatings on concrete substrates, project engineering, structural calculation, and prepare manufacturing plans.

Lithium

Fibra is one of the few manufacturers that can meet the strict requirements and challenges of the rapidly growing Lithium Extraction industry. We offer abrasion- and chemical-resistant FRP tanks, oblated tanks assembled on-site, settlers, towers, fittings, and ducts designed for a wide range of pressures for underground and surface facilities, process equipment, and many other applications.

Desalination Plants

Desalination plants are becoming increasingly important due to the lack of water. These plants use seawater to transform salt water into industrial water through reverse osmosis. The water can also become drinking water and be used in industrial processes and to supply population sectors with limited water resources. Fibra provides engineering, spool preparation, structural calculation, stress analysis, and support for pipes. We also offer a complete range of high-pressure pipes for water delivery with quick coupling systems that minimize installation and maintenance costs. In addition, we design, construct, transport, and assemble FRP tanks for chemical and water storage.

Energy

Fibra engineers and manufacturers abrasion-, chemical-, and corrosion-resistant industrial equipment for thermoelectric and hydroelectric plants. We offer FRP tanks, piping for different design pressures, process reactors, towers, coatings on steel substrates and concrete, ducts for extracting and treating corrosive gases, and process equipment such as scrubbers, cooling towers, valves, and dumpers.

Metal Mining

Metal Mining requires chemical- and mechanical-resistant products in gas refining, concrete, and leach plants and smelters. Fibra offers FRP tanks for electrolytes, chemical products, and wastewater storage, pipes for different design pressures, concrete tank covers, coatings on steel and concrete substrates, corrosive gas extraction ducts, mixing tanks, settling tanks, scrubbers, cooling towers, valves, and dumpers.

Non-Metal Mining

Fibra’s corrosion-, chemical-, and abrasion-resistant products are required at iodine processing plants or nitrate plants for fertilizers because of the highly corrosive and hazardous nature of these chemicals. We provide FRP tanks for liquids, chemical products, and wastewater storage, pipes for different design pressures, reactors, towers, coatings on steel and concrete substrates, corrosive gas extraction ducts, scrubbers, cooling towers, valves, and dumpers.

Pulp industry

The Pulp industry requires chemical- and mechanical-resistant products for processes to obtain paper and its derivatives. Fibra's equipment is needed in mills and white paper production, distribution, and effluent treatment plants. We provide FRP tanks to store liquids, chemical products, and wastewater, underground and surface pipes, towers, coatings on steel and concrete substrates, corrosive gas extraction ducts, and process equipment.

Chemical Industry

The Chemical industry converts raw materials with harsh chemical properties to more than 70,000 products used in everyday life. We offer FRP storage tanks, surface and underground pipes, towers, coatings on concrete substrates, corrosive gas extraction ducts, scrubbers, cooling towers, valves, and dumpers.

Sanitary Industry

The Sanitary industry requires chemical- and wear-resistant products for water treatment and other processes. We deliver FRP tanks to store corrosive liquids, chemical products, and wastewater, pipes for different design pressures underground and on the surface, towers, coatings on concrete substrates, gas extraction ducts, and process equipment.
