Batch Mix Units

Our Enerflow, Rolligon, and Wilco cement batch mixing units are economical solutions for ensuring accurate homogenous cement slurries.

Description

With our redundant piping and dual centrifugal designs, you can have one tank mixing cement slurry while the other is discharging.

Trailer-mounted batch mix unit

Our trailer-mounted batch mix units are highly mobile units equipped with our recirculating mixer head for thorough wetting of pneumatically conveyed bulk cement. These units are equipped with a conical pre-hydrator “witch hat” eductor to add bulk cement or cement additives from sacks manually.

Features/Benefits

  • Recirculating mixer design for thorough bulk wetting
  • Dual centrifugal pump design and adept piping allows for simultaneous mixing and pumping operations
  • Closed top mixing tanks
  • Centrifugal pump seal flush system
  • Non-nuclear density measurement
  • Ability to mix high-density slurries

Skid-mounted batch mix unit

Our skid-mounted batch mix units are designed for offshore and onshore applications and come in varying configurations. Twin 50-bbl designs (total 100 bbl), single 50-bbl designs, and twin 25-bbl designs (50 bbl total) are standard packages.

Our twin batch mixers are designed with redundant circulating and discharge centrifugal pumps such that slurry can be mixed in one tank while slurry is discharged from the other. Our design also allows either slurry centrifugal pump to circulate and discharge from either tank, providing backup should one of the pumps ever have an issue.

Features/Benefits

  • Recirculating mixer design for thorough bulk wetting
  • Dual centrifugal pump design and special manifold piping layout allow for combined mixing and pumping operations
  • Closed top mixing tanks
  • Centrifugal pump seal flush system
  • Non-nuclear density measurement
  • Ability to mix high-density slurries

Frac fluid mixer trailer

The Wilco™ WFM-100 frac fluid mixer trailer is designed to transport 100 bbl of 8.6 lb/gal fluid and is equipped with an additive system used for recirculation and high-rate discharge of fracturing fluids. Fill, circulate, and discharge your fluids with our versatile mixing-displacement manifold. Move fluid from anywhere to anywhere with one of the two MISSION™ pumps on the trailer. You can move fluids to the mixer tank, blend and recirculate through two tanks, and then displace to the treating fluid blender. Our manifold system is set up to perform various blending styles and is latched to the trailer frame sides.

Fluid may be added to the mix tanks by either of two methods: pumping fluid from another vessel via a 3-in. fill line into the top of the mixing vessel or pumping using the on-board 3×2×13-in. centrifugal pumps’ fluid via the 3-in. suction manifold.
