Compact, reliable, and robust, our Enviro™ dual hydraulic pack-off is designed to wipe clean moving cable under pressure, providing positive protection during well service operations.

Built around the cable before the wireline tool is lowered into the well, this lightweight solution is used for open hole and low-pressure cased hole, as well as swabbing operations, adhering to the operator’s dual-barrier requirement.

With its tulip design and extended lower body, the dual pack-off provides cable head support and prevents cable damage during rigging operations while assuring efficient and safe performance with its integral lifting shoulder.

The dual pack-off squeezes the individual elements wrapped around the wire, with each element sealing the outer cable armor against well pressure, removing the fluid from the wire.

While the pack off’s design offers easy replacement of the rubber elements in direct contact with the wire, its quick union lower connection provides wellhead flexibility using a range of crossovers.

The pack-off is rated to 5,000-psi working pressure (static wireline) and H₂S service. A 0 to 3,000-psi hand pump and hose is required to operate each of the Enviro dual pack-off sections.
