• Catwalk Machines

The Catwalk Machine (CWM) is a pipe and/or riser handling system which safely transports 30-foot to over 90-foot tubulars and other heavy equipment in and out of the drill floor.

On the pipe and/or riser deck, the operation is co-ordinated with the pipe and/or riser handling crane. On the drill-floor, the operation is co-ordinated with the rig's horizontal to vertical pipe/riser handling system. The CWM can be equipped with Pipe Tail-in Arm or Riser Tail-in Arm for accurate stabbing in well center or mouse-hole. The CWM is remotely controlled from a local operator station and/or from the driller's cabin.
